42oh

California artist 42oh is our upcoming to watch artist here at Geeked Out Music. Hailing from the Midwest 42oh is a forced to be reckoned with, being a part of the Midwest underground hip hop scene for several years now, 42oh has garnered a strong and loyal fan base following a string of hit singles on the local scene. Just finishing up his most recent project released in Summer 2015 42oh shows no signs of slowing down and is currently supporting that project with a slew of intimate shows. Owing to his huge support as a legal weed advocate 42oh recently reached an exclusive deal on his own vaporizer line as well. Check out the video for paid in full after the jump.

Born Fred Moore, 42oh started from humble beginnings in Detroit, Michigan and at a young age moved to Missouri. After a string of success in the Midwest 42oh settled with his label Kush Cloud Productions in California. Always the entrepreneur 42oh continues to push his indie label, signing other artists and introducing their own line of vaporizers

Artists To Watch: TNGHT

Today's Artists to watch brings you TNGHT the DJ collaboration of Hudson Hawke x Lunice. With their heavy bass and infectious beats this duo will keep the party pumping all night long. Hudson Hawke and Lunice both respected DJs in their own rights were joined on stage last weekend in a surprise appearance by Kanye West. I recently gave a listen to their TNGHT EP and it did not disappoint with tracks like GOOOO! You'll be gettin' crunk and bangin' your dome till your ears bleed. Enjoy....

Purity Ring Shrines

So this is the album I've been bumping lately. With it's dark tones, choppy electro-beats and Megan James enchanting vocals this album is a full on aural assault. The band first hit viral success with the release of ungirthed in January 2011 and released Shrines on July 24. Right now these guys are definitely one of my favorites and Shrines does not disappoint. Check out tracks like Saltkin, Belispeak, Amenamy and Lofticries. Right now the band is touring Europe but will make it back states side in the beginning of next year I will definitely be front row.

Chromatics "Lady"

Just heard this song off the Under The Radar Site and I'm digging it a lot. With it's lo-fi groove and the infectious vocals by lead singer Ruth Radalet this song will have you bobbing your head in the car all day long.
